1.0 Logging in...

After installing the software, start 'Remove Access Security'. You will see a login screen similar to the one below :

Enter the username and Password(also referred to as the serial number) as supplied to you. The username and serial number are case sensitive, and must be entered exactly as supplied to you. If you make a mistake, the program will terminate.

After logging in successfully, you will see a screen similar to this :

If you get the above screen, proceed to Step 2

If the program keeps terminating even after entering the correct serial number, send an email to etech@westman.wave.ca .
